He's officially hired!
The Grand Island Public Library is thrilled to introduce its new official mascot, Abbott the Pigeon! After careful consideration, the Pigeon was selected as the library's mascot due to its remarkable intelligence, resourcefulness, and unwavering love for learning. Pigeons have always been known for their ability to adapt to changing environments, and the Library hopes to do the same while continuing to grow and meet the ever-evolving needs of our patrons. Additionally, the Pigeon has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to visiting the Library, making it the perfect choice for our mascot! Look forward to seeing A LOT of Abbott around the Library!
